Small, personal and with clear rules
Jobtresen is a private employment agency run by Mateo Imöhl, based in Winterberg. We place casual staff with businesses across Germany and know how suddenly staff are needed during the season.
What we do and what we don't
We place people. That means we bring candidates and businesses together. You are employed directly by the business.
- We do not sign employment contracts with candidates and do not pay wages.
- The business sets rosters, working hours and tasks.
- Businesses pay a membership, never by the hour and no fee per hire.
- If someone drops out, we do not step in ourselves.
Who we place
Our focus is casual staff: pupils from 16, students and anyone who wants to work on the side during the season, usually as a mini-job. We also place trained professionals from the kitchen, service and hotels who are looking for a seasonal or permanent position.
- • Candidate data is stored in the EU and used only for placement.
- • A business only sees data and documents after consent to the specific job.
- • We only suggest jobs paying at least minimum wage, including for under-18s.
