|---|---|

| 16 and 17 | At most 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, 5 working days. In hospitality, work until 10 pm. Weekend work possible with time off in lieu. |
The basis is the German Youth Employment Protection Act. The employer is responsible for compliance, but we only suggest shifts that suit the age.
Our principles
- We only accept jobs paying at least the statutory minimum wage (from January 2027: €14.60 per hour), including for young people, even though the law would allow less for under-18s.
- Everything is free for candidates. Our work is paid for by the businesses.
- We do not employ anyone ourselves. The employment contract is made with the business, and for minors you co-sign it.
- Contact details only go to a business once your child has agreed to a specific offer.
Your role
We only place young people from 16. At that age your child signs up and consents to data processing themselves. We do not need confirmation from you for that.
The employment contract is where you come in: your child signs it directly with the business, and for minors you co-sign as parents.
Data protection in brief
What we store
Name, date of birth, place of residence, contact, availability and experience. No copies of ID cards, no social security or bank details.
Where
On servers in the EU (Frankfurt am Main), with data processing agreements for all service providers.
How long
Before every season we ask whether your child is in again. Without a reply the profile becomes inactive and is deleted later.
